Jan Mydlář

Master Executioner of Prague

Acting as Emperor Rudolf’s chief executioner, the Emperor dispatched Jan Mydlář to track down and kill the thieves who stole from his Wunderkammer. (Why the Emperor would send an executioner to perform a constabulary or military function is anyone’s guess. Maybe there were symbolic reasons behind it?)

Although he failed in his mission, Jan managed to narrowly escape being killed by Goffhilf’s flesh-warping magick. History records him living to the ripe old age of 92.
